Bianca Schräder
Mossel Bay
A registered dietitian with a BSc in nutrition and dietetics from the University of Stellenbosch and currently finishing her Masters in nutrition this year. She will be specialising in paediatric nutrition, advanced GIT diseases and surgery, therapeutic nutrition.
As a dedicated dietitian, her passion lies in empowering individuals to achieve their health goals through evidence-based nutrition advice. Bianca strives to stay up-to-date with the latest scientific research to ensure her patients receive the best guidance possible.
She believes that nutrition should be practical and relatable. Her approach focuses on real-life applications, helping you integrate what you learn into your daily routine.
She is not just here to provide advice; she will be your biggest cheerleader, supporting you every step of the way on your journey to better health. Together, you can create a sustainable and enjoyable path to wellness that fits your unique lifestyle.
Drawing on her own experiences with losing 20kg twice in her life and recently putting her Hashimoto's in remission with lifestyle changes, she emphathizes with what her patients are going through.

Arnel Kruger
George
A registered dietitian with a BSc in Nutrition and Dietetics from the University of the Free State.
Arnel emphasizes a personalized and moderate approach to nutrition, believing in small, sustainable goals and the principle of "everything in moderation" aims to help his patients find their unique paths to wellness. She aims to empower patients to enjoy their favourite foods while maintaining a healthy relationship with them.
Her personal experience with IBS has motivated her to pursue this field, as she understands the challenges it presents. Her struggles with IBS began in 2018, leading to multiple medical interventions and a shift in her approach to diet. Since then, she has faced severe symptoms, which significantly affected her life and mental well-being, leading to struggles with depression, anxiety, and body image issues.
She believes in the uniqueness of each individual and is dedicated to helping her patients find their personalized paths to wellness.
Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her family and pets. She invites individuals to take control of their health and reach out for support on their wellness journey.
