Bianca Schräder - RD
Mossel Bay
A registered dietitian with a BSc in dietetics and MSc in therapeutic nutrition (ICU, Advanced GIT and Pediatrics) from the University of Stellenbosch.
As a dedicated dietitian, her passion lies in empowering individuals to achieve their health goals through evidence-based nutrition advice. Bianca strives to stay up-to-date with the latest scientific research to ensure her patients receive the best guidance possible.
She believes that nutrition should be practical and relatable. Her approach focuses on real-life applications, helping you integrate what you learn into your daily routine.
She is not just here to provide advice; she will be your biggest cheerleader, supporting you every step of the way on your journey to better health. Together, you can create a sustainable and enjoyable path to wellness that fits your unique lifestyle.
Drawing on her own experiences with losing 20kg twice in her life and recently putting her Hashimoto's in remission with lifestyle changes, she emphathizes with what her patients are going through.
Bianca loves family time with her 11 month old baby boy and hubby Dwayne. They are always looking for fun ways to enjoy off time

Kalinke Botma - RD
George
A registered dietitian with a BSc in Nutrition and Dietetics from Northwest University.
Kalinke follows a balanced and realistic approach to nutrition, believing that small, consistent changes can go a long way toward lasting health.
Her goal is to help patients understand that everyone’s wellness journey is unique and that food is more than just nourishment — it is a source of connection, culture, and community, and it is meant to be enjoyed.
Kalinke is passionate about guiding her patients toward sustainable habits that support both physical health and a positive relationship with food.
Outside of work, she enjoys spending time outdoors and staying active. She also loves exploring new coffee shops and trying different blends, always appreciating the social and experiential side of food and drink.
She has recently joined the George practice and is also servicing all dialysis centres in Oudtshoorn, Knysna and George. This powerhouse is a true asset to our team!

The newest shining star of our nutrition practice! With her vibrant energy and keen attention to detail, Lune is here to make your experience smooth, enjoyable, and always professional.
While Bianca and Arnel continue their dedicated focus on patient care, Lune keeps everything running seamlessly from behind the scenes with lightning speed and a friendly smile—like the ultimate organizing superhero she is.
She handles all things administrative from account queries, medical aid follow ups, PMB applications etc. Together, this fantastic team ensures your journey to better health is supported from every angle—fun, efficient, and 100% personalized!
