Let's face it, weight loss is not easy. I myself have been through 2 weight-loss journeys and successfully lost weight through changing my dietary and habits and lifestyle.
One key factor to loosing weight is accountability. One has to be kept accountable one way or another. Whether that is you keeping yourself accountable, your family member or best friend, we always need accountability.
With this programme, we created it around accountability. This is the reason why we have monthly packages and we ask our fees upfront. This is to keep you accountable and not waste your money.

By ditching all those toxic diets, shakes or pills, and choosing to change your outlook on food and weight-loss, you are setting yourself up for long-term succes. That is the long-term goal of weight-loss, is it not? We want to loose it, but we most certainly want to keep it off as well.

We are your biggest cheerleaders and we want to see each patient succeed and reach their goals. We go on this journey together, through all the ups and downs, because a weight loss journey is not a straight line to the finish.
Full package options
All our starter packages include an initial consult as well as follow-up visits and a meal plans.
The frequency of the follow-up and amount of meal plans we provide differ with the various packages.
Follow-up packages
These packages are to keep you going and help you with accountability. We are also still there to provide you guidance each step of the way to reach that end goal.
Packages can be used over any period of time and can be changed after completion of 1 package.
Terms and conditions apply
No refunds accepted for any packages. All costs to be paid upfront. Appointments not cancelled within 24hrs or rescheduled within 12hrs will be forfeited and will not be refunded. Package deals can not be claimed from medical aids. If you wish to claim from your medical aid, standard medical aid tariffs will be charged per visit if funds are available.
